RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If something did not live up to your expectations, we are happy to take your return for 60 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Your items must be unused and in the original packaging in which you received them.
2.Please go to [LINK] and fill out the simple return form, and e-mail it to us. As we are a young company, your feedback is extremely important to us. A brief explanation of why you want to return the room would be incredibly helpful.
3. If you prefer, you may call us at 925- 957-6097, 10AM – 5PM Pacific Time.
4. We will email you a return label to use with your shipment. Just affix the label to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
5. It is important to hold on to your return tracking number until we notify you that we have received your return.
6. We will credit the amount you paid for the item to the credit card you used when buying it, within five days of our receiving it, minus the return shipping cost.

We are happy to offer exchanges if anything came broken or defective. If you need to exchange something for the exact same item, please email the details to email@example.com
